Swanson was contacted reference the Kiosk in F pod not working accurately in areas that are highly used. There first attempt to fix was by way of re-calibration. Another call was made after this did not fix the problem. The second attempt another re-calibration was attempted and also the drivers were un-installed. After these attempts were made with no luck, a ticket #105801 was given and they will be replacing the lower screen area after we receive the equipment via a delivery company. The package received will come in from Trinity/Keefe, or KCN. Please contact Swanson (800-435-7742) back for a Tech to come out once package is received.
