03/31/2018 - Wellington acting strange

Wellington got in the shower wearing his jump suit and told officers that the voices in his head made him do it.  He was brought to holding for observation and I spoke with him.  He was acting strange and looking all over the place.  I left him holding for about an hour and observed him.  He didnt say anything about suicide etc.  After about an hour he asked to go back upstairs.  I spoke with him again and he was acting normal.  He was moved back up without further incident
